Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
Used or washed products.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.
Refund Policy
Currently, MJ Clothing does not offer cash refunds except in cases where:
The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
A wrong item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
